Koja Sub-district Head, Rahmat Effendi Lubis disclosed, lately, his side got report about trash heaps around Jl Bendungan Melayu (Tugu Selatan) and Jl Kober (Tugu Utara). Hence, his side sent personnel to monitor both locations.
"We sent Satpol PP and Cleanliness Freelancer to the field. We managed to control four people due to littering," he expressed, Thursday (4/28).
Further, those four people then brought to sub-district office. They will be charged under a fine of Rp 100 thousand.
